At the St Ives Community Youth Centre Hub, acoustic performance was key to ensuring the space remained welcoming and functional for a variety of group activities. Large ceiling panels were fitted with Autex Quietspace® in a bright white finish to blend seamlessly into the space while significantly improving sound absorption. The installation reduces reverberation in the tall, open-ceiling environment, making it easier for groups to communicate and concentrate during meetings, youth activities or events.

The project is a great example of how a clean acoustic solution can enhance multipurpose venues without compromising on aesthetics or natural light.
