3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, and we will notify you of any anticipated delays.
4. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your order’s progress.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please note that accepted cancellations may incur a restocking fee and any freight costs will be deducted from the refund.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly. For damaged items, please provide photo evidence of the damage to facilitate a replacement or resolution.
