Payment & Cancellation
The following payment & refund policy applies to Acoustic Sound Products and website acousticsoundproducts.com.au and has been produced to define the terms relating to Acoustic Sound Products accepting payments, procedure to request a refund, process to issue a refund and provide a refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct product
1. Payment Methods
Acoustic Sound Products offer the following payment methods:
1.1 Via Website: When a client wishes to purchase a product directly on the Acoustic Sound Products website, all goods must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. This is completed by using one of our online payment processors, PayPay, Square or AfterPay.
1.2 Off Website: If a customer contacts us for a quote we can invoice them and accept payment by:
1.2.1 – Direct Debit (invoiced thought our accounting software, order will be processed once payment received to our nominated bank account)
1.2.2 – Credit Card Payment: Customers can pay via Visa or Mastercard using the Square or PayPal platform. Credit Card Payment can be processed online on our website, or through a dedicated link sent to clients through individual invoices.
1.2.3 – PayPal Payment: Customers can pay with PayPal online on our website, or through a dedicated link sent to clients through individual invoices. The customer can pay using their PayPal funds or a nominated bank account or credit card.
1.2.4 – Afterpay Payment: Customers have the opportunity to sign up or login to their Afterpay account during checkout then enjoy 4 easy, interest-free instalments.AfterPay account approval is processed by AfterPay
2. Payment Failure
A customer acknowledges that if payment fails or declines in anyway, the order will not be processed until full payment captured.
3. Cancellations
A customer may cancel an order by calling 07 5690 5690 or emailing clientservices@acousticsoundproducts.com.au
Cancellation requests can only occur before an order is shipped and for accepted claims, there will be a restocking fee which varies from supplier.
Any freight fee incurred by Acoustic Sound Products will be deducted from the refund.
4. Disputes
- If you believe that a fee has been incorrectly charged, please bring this to the attention of Acoustic Sound Products immediately.
- If a payment have been made incorrectly, this will be refunded within 3 business days or applied to a future transaction at your discretion.
- Should you be unhappy with any dispute outcome, we recommend that you contact your financial institution to investigate the matter further.
Refunds & Returns
All products sold on our website are made to order, therefore we require full payment prior to manufacturing and delivery. Any purchase made via our online store or issued via an invoice for our products, you agree to these terms in this policy.
It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct product type, quantity and colour, as Acoustic Sound Products do not accept returned items or refunds of any kind. Please note product colours seen on the computer may differ depending on screen monitor or device.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Full Refund: Full refunds are only offered if the product is found to be faulty.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a defect, you must send through photo proof that clearly displays the damage to the item and packaging. Should a replacement be organised, it will be the same as originally ordered. Items will not be replaced if damaged after received.
1.2 Change of Mind: No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
2. Filing a Refund Claim
If you are not satisfied with our products or services, we encourage you to contact us before filing for a refund. We will do our utmost to solve any issues or concerns surrounding your order.

3. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, we’ll calculate the refund amount and contact you within 5 business days to organise suitable payment for the refund.
